How do you get the old strap off?
This strap sits on spring bars, small sprung pins seated in the lugs, so changing it needs a tool. The forked end of this one catches a bar and pushes it in, and the strap lifts straight off. No digging at the case with a knife or a screwdriver.
The same tool puts the new strap on.

I love the look and feel. My complaint is the clasp every time I take the watch off the metal clasp falls off with it. It is not easy to put back on the band
