1. Organizer: This promotion is organized by: MJS Internethandel AB (“Wristbuddys”), reg. no. 559419-4457, Nybrogatan 34, 114 39 Stockholm, Sweden. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta, Tudor or any other third party.
2. Promotion Period: The giveaway runs from 10 January 2026 at 00:00 CET to 10 February 2026 at 23:59 CET.
3. How to Enter: Participation is open worldwide except where prohibited by local law.
No purchase is required to enter or win. Participants may obtain entries (“tickets”) in the following ways.
- Tickets Earned Through Purchases: Purchases are entirely voluntary and not required for participation. Participants may earn 100 tickets for every full 100 USD spent in a single or multiple orders during the promotion period. Amounts are calculated after discounts and exclude shipping. Only completed and paid orders placed on Wristbuddys.com during the promotion period qualify.
- Free Entry (Alternative Method of Entry): Every eligible individual may receive 10 free tickets by submitting the official entry form provided by Wristbuddys. Participants may earn an additional 10 free tickets by sharing the giveaway post in an Instagram Story and tagging @wristbuddys and two friends. Maximum free-entry tickets per person: 20 All free entries must be submitted through the official entry form. No purchase is required to participate.
- Entry Limits: Only one participant per person is permitted. Duplicate, fraudulent or manipulated entries will be removed.
4. Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Wristbuddys and their immediate family members are not eligible.
5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive:
- One 2025 Tudor Black Bay 58 (Ref. 79030B)
- Three Wristbuddys straps
- One 3-slot watch roll
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected through a random draw among all valid tickets. The draw will take place on 25 February 2026 using a randomized selection method.
The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Wristbuddys reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Taxes and Duties: In Sweden, promotional prizes are generally tax-free for the recipient.
Participants outside Sweden are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or import charges.
8. Fraud and Disqualification: Wristbuddys reserves the right to:
- Remove invalid, duplicated or fraudulent entries
- Disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate the promotion
- Void entries that violate these Terms
9. Personal Data: Personal data will be processed solely for the administration of this promotion and in accordance with Wristbuddys’ Privacy Policy. Data may be stored for up to 90 days after winner confirmation unless longer retention is required by law.
10. Compliance and Legal Restrictions: This promotion is void where prohibited. Wristbuddys reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion if it cannot be conducted as planned due to legal or regulatory reasons. By entering, participants acknowledge that this promotion is governed by the laws of Sweden.
11. Acceptance of Terms: By participating, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
