What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL and Shop Pay.
Are you affiliated with Rolex or any other brands?
Wristbuddys is an independent company and is not authorized, endorsed, sponsored by, associated with and/or affiliated with Omega SA, Rolex SA, Breitling SA, IWC International Watch Co, Tudor watch SA, Seiko Watch Corporation, TAG Heuer Brand of LVMH Swiss Manufactures SA or Citizen Watch Co. The brands whose items we sell are not associated with Wristbuddys, and the brand names are the trademarks of their respective owners. Wristbuddys sells third-party watch straps for use with your own watches.
Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I change the color of my strap before it ships?
Absolutely! Just send us an email with your order number and the new color you’d like, and we’ll do our best to adjust it before it leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, Wristbuddys Gift Cards are available to purchase online. Our gift cards are sold as unique digital codes (we do not ship physical gift cards) that can be used as payment for orders placed on our online store. When you purchase a gift card, you can email the code to your recipient or to yourself. Wristbuddys Gift Cards never expire and are non-refundable.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all watch band and accessories orders over $60.
Orders over $100 are automatically upgraded to UPS Express/FedEx Connect Plus at no additional cost.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t received it, check your spam/junk folder, or contact us.
Where is my order being sent from?
All of orders are sent from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. Orders placed before 15:00 GMT +1 are typically dispatched the same day. In most cases, your package will be on its way within 0-2 business days after your order is placed.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, we can change your shipping address and method if your order has not been shipped. Please let us know at info@wristbuddys.com as soon as possible.
How long is the delivery time?
Standard Shipping (Free over $60)
Estimated delivery times for all watch bands & accessories:
- Sweden: 1-3 days
- Europe (EU): 2–6 days
- North America: 3–7 days
- Asia: 3–7 days
- Middle East: 3–7 days
- Rest of World: 3–7 days
UPS Express/FedEx Connect Plus (Free upgrade over $100)

- Europe: 1–2 days
- North America: 1–3 days
- Asia: 2–4 days
- Middle East: 2–4 days
- Rest of World: 2–4 days
All delivery times are estimated and refer to business days.
Will I have to pay duties on my international order?
Customs & Import Duties
- 🇺🇸 United States:
All orders under $800 are duty-free and exempt from import taxes under current US customs regulations. Recent tariff adjustments do not apply to our products. No surprises or hidden fees. - 🇪🇺 European Union:
All prices include VAT. You won’t pay anything extra upon delivery. - 🇬🇧 United Kingdom:
Orders over £135 are subject to VAT. To avoid this government-imposed charge, we recommend placing multiple smaller orders under this threshold. - 🌍 Outside EU/US/UK:
Some countries may charge local import duties or VAT upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Countries where this is more common include Canada, Chile, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and select African markets.
We do our best to ensure a smooth delivery experience and minimize customs-related delays. If you have questions about your local regulations, we recommend contacting your customs office.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
What is your return and cancellation policy?
All items in original, unworn condition may be returned for a full refund to be issued back to the original payment method. Returns must be initiated within the 14 days return period. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at info@wristbuddys.com and we will help you.
Please note that Wristbuddys does not cover the shipping costs for the return, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for safe shipping to our office.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped, we will issue you a full refund including the shipping costs. If your order has shipped, we cannot redirect the package back to us. Please contact us at info@wristbuddys.com for a return.
All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.
Where should I ship my return?
Please contact us at info@wristbuddys.com for a return authorization before shipping any returns.
When will I receive my refund?
We will refund your payment as soon as we have received and inspected your returned items. This process typically takes 3-5 business days to complete, and the refund will be credited to the original form of payment.

What size strap do I need for my watch?
The lug width can often be found on google if you search for "Your watch model + lug width" ("Omega Seamaster lug width" for example) or visit the online database called WatchBase and read about your watch. Most common widths are either 18mm, 20mm or 22mm.
If you are uncertain what size you need, feel free to contact us and we will gladly help you.

Do your straps fit curved lugs?
Some do, but it depends on the watch model. If you’re unsure, let us know the make and model of your watch, and we’ll advise you.
