This website, wristbuddys.com (the "Site"), is operated by MJS Internethandel AB. Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to MJS Internethandel AB.

By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping and Delivery information, and Refund and Cancellations Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms are written for consumers buying for purposes outside their trade or profession. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your mandatory rights as a consumer under the laws of Sweden or your country of residence. Where a clause conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, that right prevails.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
1. Eligibility
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, and able to enter into a binding contract. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Products and descriptions
We make every effort to display and describe our products accurately, including colours and images. Because screens and devices differ, we cannot guarantee that your display shows colours accurately. Minor variations do not constitute a defect.
Our products are watch straps and watch accessories. We are an independent company and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any watch brand. Please see the "Intellectual property" section below.
3. Prices, currency, and taxes
Prices are shown on the Site in the currency selected for your region and may change at any time before you place an order. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
For deliveries within the European Union, all prices include VAT, and you will not pay anything extra on delivery. For deliveries outside the European Union, please see the "Customs and import duties" section below.
We try to ensure all prices are correct, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel the order. If we cannot reach you, we may treat the order as cancelled and refund any amount already paid.
4. Orders and conclusion of the contract
The display of products on the Site is an invitation to you to make an order and is not a binding offer. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation by email acknowledging that we have received your order. A binding contract is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where the product is unavailable, where there was an error in the price or description, or where we suspect fraud or an order placed by a dealer, reseller, or distributor. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card information is encrypted during transfer. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. Delivery times and shipping options are described on our Shipping and Delivery page. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.
For consumers, risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when you, or a third party you have nominated other than the carrier, take physical possession of the products.
If delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay.
7. Customs and import duties
For deliveries within the European Union, prices include VAT and no further charges apply on delivery. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, the United States, and other destinations outside the European Union, local import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply depending on the rules in force in the destination country at the time of import. Where such charges apply, they are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Current details are described on our Shipping and Delivery page.
8. Your right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you have nominated other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where your order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email to info@wristbuddys.com, before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Returning the goods. You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Returns are arranged through our return portal, and you will receive instructions when you contact us.
Diminished value. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In other words, you may inspect and try the strap as you would in a shop, but if you handle it beyond that and it loses value, we may deduct a corresponding amount from your reimbursement.
Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This includes cut-to-size straps that have been cut to your measurements and any engraved or personalised items.

9. Voluntary returns and exchanges
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return and exchange service on the terms set out in our Refund and Cancellations Policy. These voluntary terms do not affect or reduce your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right of withdrawal and your right to a remedy for faulty goods.
10. Faulty goods and your statutory rights
If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights if the goods are faulty, not as described, or do not have the qualities you could reasonably expect. Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen), you may report a defect for up to three years from delivery, and a defect that appears within two years of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we can show otherwise. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at info@wristbuddys.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. These statutory rights apply in addition to, and are not limited by, our commercial Lifetime Warranty described below.
11. Lifetime Warranty
We provide a commercial Lifetime Warranty on our rubber watch straps only, as described on our Lifetime Warranty page. The Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures that occur under normal use and normal wear and tear. It does not cover leather straps, accessories, or any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or intentional damage, and we reserve the right to assess claims on this basis. Following the care guidelines on the Lifetime Warranty page helps keep your strap covered.
If a warranty claim is approved, we will provide a replacement strap. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement strap.
The Lifetime Warranty is a voluntary commercial guarantee offered by us. It is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer, including those described in the "Faulty goods" section above. Where you are entitled to a remedy for a defect under those statutory rights, that remedy is provided at no cost to you as required by law.
12. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Wristbuddys and Vertech™ names and marks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Site or its content without our prior written permission.
We are an independent company selling watch straps and accessories. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or connected to any watch brand, including but not limited to Omega SA, Rolex SA, Breitling SA, IWC, Tudor, Seiko, Blancpain SA, The Swatch Group Ltd, TAG Heuer, and Citizen Watch Co. All watch brand names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used by us only to describe the compatibility of our products. Our products are not original manufacturer parts.
13. User comments and submissions
If you send us comments, ideas, suggestions, or other materials, whether requested by us or not, you agree that we may use, edit, copy, publish, and distribute them without restriction and without any obligation to keep them confidential, to compensate you, or to respond. You are responsible for the comments you make, you confirm they do not infringe the rights of any third party, and you agree they will not be unlawful, abusive, or obscene. We may, but are not obliged to, remove content we consider objectionable.
14. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit unlawful acts, to infringe our or others' intellectual property rights, to harass, abuse, or discriminate against anyone, to submit false or misleading information, to upload viruses or malicious code, to collect others' personal information without authorisation, to send spam, or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site. We may terminate your access for breaching these rules.
15. Third-party links and tools
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or provide access to third-party tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk. Please review the relevant third party's own terms and policies.
16. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from or in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for the products in that order. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This does not apply to claims arising from your ordinary use of the Site or our products as a consumer.
18. Force majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from an event outside our reasonable control, including strikes, transport or postal disruption, customs delays, acts of government, or failures of telecommunications networks.
19. Severability, waiver, and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and your purchases.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The version that applies to your order is the version in force at the time you place it. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside, and nothing in these Terms affects your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.
22. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@wristbuddys.com so we can try to resolve it.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, consumers in Sweden may refer the dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se, provided the dispute meets ARN's requirements. We follow ARN's recommendations. Consumers in other EU countries can find their local out-of-court dispute resolution body through the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
