SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped everyday from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. Shipment will take place 0-2 days after receipt of payment.
All our products are packed inside padded envelopes to ensure safe delivery. Please do not cut open your envelope with a knife or scissors as this may damage your item(s).
Free standard worldwide shipping on all orders over $40, for orders under this amount the shipping costs are:

**We only offer tracked shipping to Europe, North America, Oceania and a few countries in Middle East, South America & Asia. We have everyday discussions with postal authorities in a lot of countries to solve this problem. Hopefully we will be able to offer tracked shipping worldwide soon.

- Rest of World: 2 - 40 days*
- Northern Europe: 1- 4 days*
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages, you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
In your message to us, you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased the full, or a significant part of the product.
When returning a product
Please keep the product in the same condition as when delivered. If the product has been used and shows signs of wear Wristbuddys.com will possibly retain parts of the payment as compensation for the lost value.
Note that we do NOT take responsibility for import duty at the customs. This is a tax that the recipient has to pay as an importer in order to bring foreign goods into his or her country. The amount to be paid depends on the type of goods and where they come from. In the event that this fee is not paid by the recipient, customs will not release the package and will send it back to our warehouse. For more information regarding customs duties, we advise our customers to get in touch with their country’s Revenues and Customs office.
Wristbuddys is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labor conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations
