Orders shipped within the European Union:

International packages outside of EU:

International packages delivered outside of the EU aren't declared LOST or NOT DELIVERED until 30 business days have passed from the original shipping date. After 30 business days, please click Contact or email us at info@wristbuddys.com and we will then take the necessary actions to resolve any issues pertaining to shipments that have not reached their intended destination.
