We want you to be fully satisfied with your Wristbuddys purchase. If you are not, we offer a smooth return process — but please read the policy below carefully, especially if your order includes promotional items.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when delivered

  • Include original packaging, protective films (if any), and tags

  • Be free from signs of use, skin contact, installation, or wear

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

This applies to all watch straps & watch storage, and other materials, as well as watch strap accessories (e.g., tools, buckles, spring bars).

Returns must be authorized before sending. Unapproved returns will not be processed.

Promotions and Bundles

If your order included a promotion or bundle, the following conditions apply:

  • Buy X, Get Y Free (e.g. Buy 3, Get 1 Free): You must return all items from the promotion to receive a full refund. Partial returns will invalidate the promotion.

  • Percentage Discounts (e.g. Buy 2 straps, get 20% off): If only part of the order is returned, the refund will be adjusted based on the full price of the item(s) you keep.

  • Free Gifts (e.g. Free watch roll with purchase of 3 or more straps): If a return disqualifies the promotion, the free gift must also be returned unused. If not, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

These terms ensure fairness in the use of promotional offers.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Wristbuddys is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us at info@wristbuddys.com right away with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will do our best to correct the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Used or worn watch straps

  • Custom, engraved, or personalized items

  • Items showing signs of wear or installation

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We always offer exchanges — and we actively encourage it! Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Want to switch to a different model, color, or product? No problem! Just contact us at info@wristbuddys.com, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

The item must be in its original condition (unused and in its original packaging). Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send out your new item right away. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your return:

  • You will receive an email notification about the approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer

Cancellations

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel and refund the full amount, including shipping.

  • If it has shipped, you must wait to receive the package and initiate a return.

What is your return and cancellation policy?

All items in original, unworn condition may be returned for a full refund to be issued back to the original payment method. Returns must be initiated within the 14 days return period. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at info@wristbuddys.com and we will help you.

Please note that Wristbuddys does not cover the shipping costs for the return, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for safe shipping to our office.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, we will issue you a full refund including the shipping costs. If your order has shipped, we cannot redirect the package back to us. Please contact us at info@wristbuddys.com for a return.

All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.

Where should I ship my return?

Please contact us at info@wristbuddys.com for a return authorization before shipping any returns. If the products are eligible for return, please place all items into the original packaging and ship to:
