This is a watch spring bar tool that has a single forked end that’s used to remove one end of the spring bar at a time.
A buyer once said “This tool is a little smaller than I expected but it does what it’s built for.”. And that is exactly what it does. It gets the job done.
The tool has replaceable ends and the length is 13cm long with the tool ends inserted.

It took me a bit to figure out how to take off the caps. Do they screw? Do they pop off? It took some trial and error, as the caps were extremely tight, but once off (they pop off, by the way, half in place by rubber o-rings) the tool worked perfectly. Would give it 5 stars if not for the frustration I experienced trying to get the thing open. Perfect for the job.
I scratched my watch with this as a very careful person. I think the design could have been smarter
