I ordered three buckles. Only one arrived, along with seven extra spring bars. I emailed customer service, but instead of an apology, I only received another shipping confirmation.

I later received a second buckle and eight more spring bars, but I never received the third buckle that I paid for. 30 days later and still no resolve.

first buy was a disaster- solved

first buy was a disaster, the buckle had no decent wholes...they sent a new one, without costs. the buckle width remains a problem; i have to squeeze the rubber strap to make it fit; i ordered the right buckle width
i didnt wear it yet (at the moment an other strap)
