Introducing the Wristbuddys Hex Screwdriver Kit, tailored specifically for the Blancpain x Swatch Scuba Fifty Fathoms. This essential toolkit is designed for easy strap changes, making it a must-have for any watch enthusiast. The kit includes two 0.8mm hex allen keys screwdrivers, crucial for removing the unique screw bars that Swatch uses instead of traditional spring bars.

This ergonomic design allows for efficient and effortless removal of the screw bars, enabling you to quickly swap out your watch straps. The Blancpain x Swatch has a lug width of 21.7mm, making it compatible with most 22mm rubber straps.

To further enhance your strap-changing experience, we include our own spring bars and an additional screwdriver in the kit. In case the original spring bars don't work, our spring bars will ensure you can still achieve a secure fit. Additionally, we sometimes recommend customers use regular 23mm spring bars that are 2.0mm thick for a more traditional feel and easier strap changes.

The hex keys are not only included with every strap purchase from Wristbuddys but are also available for purchase separately, providing a valuable addition to your watch maintenance toolkit.

Make sure you receive the correct product

Make sure you receive the correct product. My set did not include the hexagonal Allen keys as pictured, but instead had two hex screwdrivers. They are difficult to use because you have to apply pressure. I also purchased a strap which I like a lot, so with help and some effort I could make it work.

Pretty OK

These didn’t work on my Scuba

These didn’t work on my Scuba. The strap hex bolts as fitted in the factory were too stiff for these hand held tools to work. I was scared that I would strip the bolt heads if I persisted so I went to my local Swatch dealer who fitted the strap with their proper desktop Scuba strap tool. Impressive that Swatch are happy to work with third party straps.

Couldn't swap the strap with the purchased

Couldn't swap the strap with the purchased product as the Hexagonal Allen Keys were missing. Went to a watch shop to get it changed. But the strap is top and fits perfectly.

Made the swap over from the old strap very quick

Made the swap over from the old strap very quick & easy. It was also nice to have the option to fit it with spring bars, I chose the hex screw option but I’ve kept the spring bars safe incase I change my mind.

Didn’t work

Didn’t work

The Allen keys seemed to strip and would not release the pins. I had to order Allen keys from somewhere else to change my watch band.
