How do you get the old strap off?
This strap sits on spring bars, small sprung pins seated in the lugs, so changing it needs a tool. The forked end of this one catches a bar and pushes it in, and the strap lifts straight off. No digging at the case with a knife or a screwdriver.
The same tool puts the new strap on.

Only slight thing is that it could be a centimetre longer, just for those with big wrists
