Feel very mislead and unsupported

Feel very mislead and unsupported here. Ordered 2 straps, 41mm rolex sub rubber strap. clearly indicated in title of listing, and also a great quality! HOWEVER, also ordered 2nd rubber military strap for 40mm Rolex sub 5513. Submariner. In the search title, it does not indicate its specifically for 16610 and other models, but sad to learn it doesnt fit mine.
After reaching customer service, all I was told was scroll down its in the description, which you also have to open a tab to see. I asked for a refund or exchange, otherwise this is useless. NO RESPONSE.

Ive had great customer service experiences with similiar quality watch companies, unfortunately they didnt have a strap that fit mine this time. So I went to wrist buddies. but clearly they dont either, and misled me to think so.

How hard is it to rectify a miscommunication by offering an exchange to make things right?
