All watch straps and accessories in original, unworn condition may be returned for a full refund to be issued back to the original payment method. Returns must be initiated within the 14 days return period. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at info@wristbuddys.com and we will help you.
Please note that Wristbuddys does not cover the shipping costs for the return, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for safe shipping to our office.
The lug width can often be found on google if you search for "Your watch model + lug width" ("Omega Seamaster lug width" for example) or visit the online database called WatchBase and read about your watch. Most common widths are either 18mm, 20mm or 22mm.
